I decided to relive one of my college life food hacks. Put some frozen nuggets in the oven until crispy and hot. Puts some pasta sauce over the nugget and some cheese on top, and put it back into the oven until the cheese melts. Ala chicken parm.

How is this ceviche mixta $11?! In Chicago it would easily be in the $25 range. It is also so good. The octopus is so tender.

Heading out to LA for the weekend for the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival, and is one of the festivals on my bucket list to got to. I also have two films I provided post sound for with The Grocery List Show and Tasting Heritage that will be showing. Can’t wait! #LAAPFF2025

Really good pizza depending on the slice. If I had to nitpick the NY style slices I can’t fold the pizza because the crust is too crispy. Prince St. Pizza is from NY, what happened?

Din Tai Fung’s chilli oil is the best chilli oil I’ve had so far. The slightly sweet and spiciness of it is an excellent combo. They need to sell this in a jar.

“Into the Deep” is the last movie of this year that I worked on that wrapped post production. It was a lot of fun to be sound designing for this movie, especially creating the underwater world and of course the sharks.

Some bullet shell hits I recorded to be used as bullet casings ejecting from a gun in a movie. Once recorded I played back the recording half speed while recording it back in to give the bullet hits a bigger sound to them to cut through the gun fire in the scene.
