I’ve never dealt with an actor that I didn’t have to do some editing to their ADR so it matches sync better, until now. Wow, I’m in awe.

For the first time I feel like Pro Tools isn’t playing catch-up. Soundflow integration is pretty huge.

This happens once in a while. Some clients just don’t appreciate dynamics. Not all dialogue needs to be at the same level throughout the whole movie. What they really want is a commercial in a longer format.

Why is it when the sound designer does all of the sound aspect besides the mix the dx edit is the one that is always lacking. No fades at times, and the noise isn’t smoothed out. I’m glad the person removed the clicks though.

How does Alien Earth end like that? Now I’m going to have to wait till 2027 for season 2? This is going to be painful.

Wow, Dua Lipa’s Radical Optimism Tour is a huge spectacle of entertainment. I really enjoyed the concert tonight, and she has a really good voice.

One thing I really love about Alien Earth is all the rock to metal songs they play at the end of each episode, and the choice of song is quite fitting. From Tool, Jane’s Addiction, Smashing Pumpkins, Metallica, and more. 👏🏼

I’m still on my Linkin Park high. The concert was a solid B. The energy was insane the second half of the act from the crowd. Thank goodness I don’t have any meetings or video meetings because my voice is shot.
The more I listen to From Zero by Linkin Park it’s a really good album. Emily Armstrong did a solid job (hopefully it only gets better) as she incorporates her voice to the sound of Linkin Park. Obviously “Heavy Is The Crown” is a banger, but the whole album is solid.
