I spent last week learning to clay plaster in this Ecococon house. It's very labour intensive to do it this way. I discussed with architect Peter (also on the course) how to speed it up. He suggested spraying, and I thought maybe applying plaster by machine in the factory before assembly.

I read a book where the author suggests that atherosclerosis is a consequence of cattle not eating grass IE intensive farming, and hence the resultant meat doesn't contain vitamin K2.

I thought it was derived from goat because goat skin, velum was used for books. Boucq means goat in French, and a bouquiniste is a book seller.
It would seem it's the other way round. So boucq also comes from beech.
