Amazing achievement! Consistency is the key, I find! If you make an activity a way of life, it is so much easier. 👍

Garmin can be fickle, it had me down for sprints tomorrow but has now changed to VO2 max. If the original run has moved to another day, just choose it when going on your run, and DSW will adjust. 👍😀
