Once accidentally became a Labour councillor because someone mixed up the wards and told me I was standing in an unwinnable seat. Now I criticise the Labour Party whenever given the opportunity…
/1 What you won’t hear in the media is that immigration to the UK is already exceptionally low, so much so that they’ve sought to reduce immigration in places where it makes no sense at all, like international students who spend lots to study here and often go home after 3 years or so…

The rivers around me are not full of blood, they’re full of shit. Stop looking for ways to divide us and start dealing with the real issues.

The far-right hate Bradford because they dont want people to see that people of different backgrounds can live happily side by side. If this is the direction Starmer is taking the Labour Party then more than a few dozen of councillors should consider their political careers over, as well as some MPs

As someone who didn’t do very well in school and supported Jeremy Corbyn, I have to despair at TikTok accounts like this. They’re not helping anyone and they’re exposing themselves as being snobs.

I think the left is falling into the trap of believing the solution to Manosphere content is to be ‘lectured’ are missing the mark. Often they know misogyny is bad, but they don’t believe not being misogynistic is a working solution either.

An open letter to Labour from the Autistic brother of a disabled woman

On the eve of Labour announcing £5bn in DWP cuts attacking disabled people, this reader heard the word "mong" used as a casual insult for the first time in years.

He has a message for Starmer.

This is why people shouldn’t go over the top with scolding people for the language people use. If your hearts in the right place that’s a good place to start from.
I'd rather 100 guys like this than a single "polite centrist" who "just has concerns" about me using the toilet

There’s a certain arrogance about Americans thinking they shouldn’t have to pay to secure their own imperial interests through NATO.

It’s a bit like the UK building railways to export Indian resources out of the country and expecting Indians to pay for it and be grateful… like we did.

I went to uni aged 26 because of the lack of employment opportunities in my struggling city of Bradford. It’s so funny how having an education after spending years on the dole, you can’t win with these people.

I mean. Kraut misrepresents organisations critical of Putin. Very psyopy. Doesn’t seem like he’s changed much from his gamegate days.

This people are living on another planet while tearing their own empire apart.
The guy who asked Zelensky if he owned a suit, Brian Glenn, is a reporter for the pro-Trump media network Real America’s Voice and also Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's boyfriend. He got one of the rare Oval Office interviewer spots only after the White House blocked the Associated Press.

It wouldn’t surprise me if the same people as those involved with Cambridge Analytica were still operating under a different name.

Is it really a coincidence that we’ve had elections in the US and UK where the opposition failed to gain a single seat?
Ever wondered how president thundercunt got the whitehouse job?

Watch this and be angry at those responsible for that, and for brexit! (Cambridge Analytica)

Then also realise why it's inevitable that racist Farage will be the next PM in the uk from using the exact same methods.

I hoped for a new left party but I’ve been less than impressed by the return of some old left bigotry.

To me not letting ‘identity politics’ derail discussion means embracing people who are different, not excluding them.

The Greens have had a clear position on this, so I joined them.
Used to vote for the Labour Party?

Let's talk!

Grifter Brianna Wu both siding a sexual predator and his victim. This is centrism at its worst.
brianna wu is the worst. we are talking about a 35 year old man sending, without consent of the parties involved, material he recorded to blackmail those parties — sometimes surreptitiously and in those cases without consent — to a 19 year old. what in the FUCK does "adulting" have to do with this??

Destiny is the liberal Andrew Tate. His audience has been groomed to be ok with him manipulating people into doing what he wants. For them this is just ‘drama’, but if it was anyone else they would happily condemn them.
A police report has been filed against Destiny by one of his victims who claims that he recorded them having sex without her consent and distributed it to a third party. He is unremorseful and says that he'll release information about 20 other streamers if he's put on the sex offender registry

Labour will kill your granny and cut off their winter fuel payments.

But it won't dare tax a non dom.

Entirely bought & paid for by the super rich.
Rachel Reeves says she'll amend the finance bill to soften planned changes to the non dom tax regime after intense lobbying from wealthy UK residents 🤨

“We have been listening to the concerns that have been raised by the non-dom community,” she says.
