Weapon size and speed need be nothing more than a modifier to initiative. This is what is used in my games: very simple, very quick. Weapon choice should matter beyond damage output. In Paracosmic Convergence, they are different tools for different jobs. #ttrpg

"Paracosmic Convergence" -Unlike Skills, Spells are not learned individually. Instead, you learn a level of Magic in a List that contains that Spell. For example: Instead of Learning the Light Spell, what you are actually doing is learning one level in the Solar Magic List.

"Paracosmic Convergence" Is my new RPG system. "Mekuinkia" is the a hub campaign world that has dimension portals to many other worlds that were devised by the imagination and fandom of my childhood friends and I thus the title.

Played this last night. What a fun game. Its allot less complex then SFB but still captures the essence of the space battle drama. Tons of player support exists for this which is really cool. Add on rules and encyclopedias of ships stats, scenarios, and campaigns #StarTrek
