Supreme Court justices should not be encouraging people to have particular political identities and positions.
Eric Segall is right -- the Supreme Court should be, in the tariff case & in general, reading & following Justice Robert H. Jackson's wisdom, incl'g in Korematsu (dissenting from constitutional blessing for executive/military excess) & in Steel Seizure case (concurring that Pres. power is limited).
