This is a Pullman loaf pan. You make a bread dough, put it in this pan and slide that lid on for the proofing (rise), then bake the bread with the lid on. After the bread is baked you take the lid off and let it bake a few minutes longer, then turn it out to cool.

SJU extends this season's win streak to 11 games against no losses as they win in the second round of the NCAA Division III football playoffs. They'll face off against 10-1 Susquehanna next Saturday in Collegeville, MN. #SJU #GoJohnnies

It was terrific being out on the water today. Too cold to swim, and winds howling down from the north kept us away from the Gulf, so we went down the inside to the southern tip of Keywaydin Island, then headed slowly back. #MabelTheRescue again showed why she is such a great #BoatDog.

It was terrific being out on the water today. Too cold to swim, and winds howling down from the north kept us away from the Gulf, so we went down the inside to the southern tip of Keywaydin Island, then headed slowly back. #MabelTheRescue again showed why she is such a great #BoatDog.

Well my homemade bread game is greatly improved. This is an English muffin loaf that I made in my smaller Pullman loaf pan. Fresh out of the oven. I'm pretty happy with this loaf.
