It’s rare I’ve seen any of the popular this week films featured on LB. Not that I won’t. Definitely will see Weapons on 4K home disc. But clearly my intake is less about FOMO / gotta see how this new thing now. Since I’ve trended this way, I find my movie experience is overall more satisfying.

The @vinsyn.bsky.social disc replacement concerning Looking for Mr Goodbar…. didn’t know it was coming but the copy I bought in Nov does freeze up. This happens with 4K discs all the time so I was like whatev… but VS made a better disc and that’s super customer service

The first week of January is when @vinsyn.bsky.social has a week of serious discounts. My package arrived today and this winter will be that kind of viewing season and I couldn’t be happier about the that.

Big fan of @diabolikdvd.bsky.social They have great titles. Fair market prices. And perfect packaging with a flat shipping rate.
But I now see a “route shipping protection” fee applied. This is new and it doesn’t appear optional.
Is this the new way?
Not complaining, but am surprised.
