Used “Brown Battlefield” basing material from The Army Painter, painted it with Martian Ironcrust tech paint to get the crackle, and then painted the rest of the Dirty Down rust reactor on top with a few dabs of water and it created those oranges and purples.

I stay by the exit door to cover Mike as he inches down the hall. The spawns in Level 3 are crazy, but we get some luck as the points across the ship get swarmed instead. Success!

We finally bust through and regroup, but the hallways are filling again with in front and behind us. Our dice are failing us, but we managed to start making progress toward the exit.

The worst possible door opens. The hallway is swarmed wall to wall, with multiple lictors in the mix. Mike is trapped as aliens swarm 1, the spawnpoint right next to him, thanks to his limited actions.
I start cutting through the crowds, but I’m wounded in the process. I can’t get hit again.

But then! A stroke of luck. Thanks to a krak grenade and my melee ability, I cut down the Prime. Now to make our escape.

As I start the approach, we get some bad luck: The board continues to fill with enemies, and almost every single one has buffed health.

Level 3: After escaping the horde that spawned in, we start the final mission: we must kill a Tyranid Prime in order to open the escape door. The Tyranids immediately swarm the entire map. Mike uses his Rapid Fire special to clear an entire hallway so I can approach the boss.

I make my way to the console and use my special card: Blessing of the Omnissiah, which lets me activate the console on rolling a 5+ instead of a 6. Mike covers me and then makes his escape when the doors open.

Level 2: After ripping through the first mission easily, the second adds a wrinkle: we must kill a lictor before we can activate the console. I slam it on the first go with my melee bonus.

Level 1: Mike chose Vorne, a long ranged character (using his Dark Angel Eliminator model) and I played Raphael, an assault character more effective in melee (Skitarii Vanguard Alpha). We need to activate a console, which opens a random door, and escape the ship.
