Little Stint at Ferrybridge, along with a Knot and a Redshank. Dipped the Curlew Sandpiper, only stayed five mins apparently. Pleased with Knot though as that's been evading me for weeks! @portlandbirdobs.bsky.social

Ferrybridge this evening: 2 LRP, 7 Turnstone, 6 Sanderling, >200 Ringo, >100 Dunlin, Wheatear. Presence of dogs ensured 3 Greenshank left as quickly as they arrived. @portlandbirdobs.bsky.social

Lodmoor yesterday: 2 Wood Sandpipers and a Cattle-egret were the best of the bunch. Common Tern, Greenfinch and Comma butterfly posed nicely for photos.

Pod of Common Dolphins, big flock of Gannets feeding off the Bill again this morning. If any Storm-Petrels among them they were far too distant for me to see. Handful of Scoter. Variety lacking otherwise. Adonis Blue, Painted Lady, Wall on the wing. @portlandbirdobs.bsky.social #nationalmarineweek
