There are 2 more cats I’ve yet to post pics of but I just came across this one and had to post it. They say you shouldn’t have a favourite child <gulp!>. This is Cleo - she has been with us over 10 years now and I adore her. I’m sure the feeling is mutual.

Another of our rescues, Archi also came from Egypt. He’s a bit of bruiser, weighing in at around 7 kilos which is pretty normal for his type, he is reminiscent of a Turkish Van and is as solid as they come but he has learned how to cat and will sit contentedly on our laps.

2 more of our cats, Ella-Mae and Cleo. Both are rescues from Egypt and have settled well with us in the UK in the years since they arrived.

Another day later (48 hours after his treatment) and Dexter was happily dozing with his brother (Lewis).

A few more days since Dexter had his teeth ‘fixed’ and he is doing amazingly well. :-) 24 hours later, he joined me at my (embarrassingly untidy) desk to offer his support to my work.

Dexter is back home, a few teeth fewer and a good clean up of others. He is now settling back in at home with one of his games 😻

Dexter will be making a lengthy trip on Tuesday to a specialist vet dentist to take a good look at his mouth health. He may have to have a lot of teeth removed 😬🤞
