I finally went antiquing in the Berkshires - Great Barrington, to be specific: $45 for this early 20th century end table, and $25 for the circa 2012 'Christopher Columbus: WANTED' poster.

Last weekend we grilled tomahawk ribeye steaks for the first time ever on our #BigGreenEgg, using the reverse sear method: an hour on indirect heat at 250°, then a 550° sear for five minutes a side on the fire. The results were amazing!

Have you ever wondered about the hype surrounding the Yetis? For what it's worth, this is 3-day old ice from a medium filled cooler, after draining the water. I'm impressed.

You just never know what you'll see when going for a nice, long walk, in the city you love and call home. In this case that would be a beautiful horse on the Commonwealth Avenue Mall, right across from the Boston Public Gardens.
