When you have a $500MM+ expansion fee, very doubtful any owner is ever going to embrace a system with relegation in it.

Long overdue, you wish there was a way to implement the Rugby rule of moving penalties up field if anyone abuses the officials. Punishing immediately vs just a talking to or a yellow card will go a long way to stamp out the abuse.
