I get pleasure (& information) from your posts on westerns & all involved. In Spain a religious channel (Canal Trece) shows a western or two daily, generally 1950s B-movies. I've now seen quite a few. This week I tracked down the 1936 "3 Godfathers" thanks to your recommendation. Much appreciated.

It's a slippery slope. Of all the exotic Bolivian birds Merlin found, I've a soft spot for the ubiquitous and v loud chingolo común (Andean sparrow). Better than any alarm clock. The 17 birds Merlin identified at San Roque vineyard still stands as my record for one recording. Happy harvesting.
