Odd that Dr Sian Barber, expert on film controversy at Queen's, interviewed on BBC Radio 4 Today about auction of Citizen Kane's Rosebud sled for $14.75m, didn't mention association with Marion Davies' clitoris, insisting sled not significant to story. Surely big factor in price.

If anyone fancies buying an ancient vineyard in the Cinti Valley, Bolivia, there's a small one available.

Sadly we just do not have the time, resources nor money to take it over.

It would be a shame for it to be abandoned.

I'd wondered since first seeing Nayan's (@vinosity.bsky.social) photos of Jardín Oculto's vines in 2019 whether I might ever see them for myself. With the added bonus that we visited Bolivia, which was amazing from start to finish. This photo conveys the majesty of Jardín Oculto's San Roque vineyard

Not centred, admittedly, but to me the photo conveys the joy at being at last among Jardín Oculto vines and meeting and spending time with María José, Helios and Nayan (a double bonus as he had planned to be away for the holidays).

Nooo. Not the one where I look as if I'm peeing into the irrigation channel. Though it is the only one with everyone (except for Olga) in the pic. Am trying to post a more acceptable one with me, Olga and you.
A few weeks ago, we had @johnmaher12.bsky.social and his wife, Olga, visit us from Valencia.

It was a great pleasure to spend time with them, and show them what we are trying to achieve.

(I know John hates this photo; which is exactly the reason I have used it!)

Benedict Cumberbatch isn't the first voice that comes to my mind when thinking of someone to read Alexei Navalny's autobiography "Patriot", but I'll give it a go. www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m...
