It's very easy to gravitate towards retro (and indie/small devs) when you can't really "trust" anything past 2019

beat Diablo 2 for the first time (never beat it when I was younger) and replayed D3, both still bangers, really fun on the switch (D3 more fun but D2 got that nostalgia factor)
