I remain embroiled in a conflict with a third party that wanted to charge me 90 dollars for waiting in a car in an empty lot on a Sunday while getting bagels. They claim this sign, which we did not see and was not at main entrance, created a contract. Thoughts?

This community meeting on a 12-unit development across my street at a gas station abandoned for over a decade is filled with NIMBY talking points. My favorite is the neighbor who continually expresses fear that a four-story building will lead to the "canyonization" of the street.
