It's worth emphasizing this—in proportional representation, the replacement for a given candidate is the next person THAT CANDIDATE's voters ranked.
So depending on who resigns, the answer is different.

That said, if your question is about Denise Simmons, she got the most xfers from Ayesha Wilson.

Senior Judge Mark L. Wolf retired today.

Among other things, his supervision of the Calderon immigration class action settlement (arrests at I130 interviews while adjustingstatus) is transferred to Judge Saris.

(This seems so good for plaintiffs that I have to wonder if it is random or not!)

Nope! There were auxiliary ballots from the advance processing on Friday that need to be reviewed and hand-count rewritten.

And then the 8pm dropbox ballots are also still in need of review.

(I feel so out of the loop. I need a RUN OF SHOW document.)
