As Christmas dawns, we’re reminded that hope is not empty. Our savior is born from advent. A truth telling that faces the world as it is: broken, aching, and longing for redemption. There is no quick fix, yet the Messiah born among the oppressed is the answer.

Some of y’all know war and violence are wrong, yet ignore the nowness of God’s Kingdom, even actively relinquishing power to oppression and sustaining it.

We’re called to radical, peaceful opposition to these violent systems.

Quit denying the resurrection and start living it… LIKE YESTERDAY!
