It also ignores how crazy it would look for me, someone who lives in the urban core, to go out to a suburb (which I am not a resident of) and give my suggestions

And that’s assuming the vote actually happens.

my fantasy team is also feeling the 470 yards we gave up

It was so far off from what I expected that I’ve already given it a re-listen. It’s growing on me already!

I think AP got its wires crossed, Judge Breyer is in the Northern District of California, not Washington

13 x 2 = 26 is the best I can come up with. I assume tiktok will figure out something better

I’m curious if this is going at the Fed exception SCOTUS put in a few months ago in the NLRB board removal case, or if it’s a “for-cause” firing based on the renovation

It’s ok, because of your long history of great takes you get a pass for the terrible music/candy takes. But I will be eating a Hershey’s bar and listening to some Reputation to calm down 😉

I actually clutched my imaginary pearls reading this.

It’s supposed to just be inflammatory not straight up blasphemous 😔

As a student I can also tell you many of us didn’t realize how early this stuff was happening either. Almost everyone I know who has been able to navigate this stuff has some sort of family/friend connection to BigLaw. Some of us are barely treading water 🙃

I don’t know what “planned partnership” means (seems like he’s just pretending this isn’t a merger?). I’m not holding out hope that this will end well, but for the sake of city I hope it works out

it’s becoming a tradition
May 21, 2025 at 2:16 AM
Ah ok. Guess we just gotta wait and see. Thank you for your reporting!

Do we know anything about the outstanding precincts? On the county website I’m seeing Gainey netting ~400 votes from Election Day voting. Are the reported precincts more O’Connor friendly?
