The idea that the Culture War can be resolved is on its face absurd; the Culture War is entirely made up to be exploited by the GOP, it is not real, organic, natural, or popular. The only response is to reject its premises and cut off its tendrils
The article blithely acknowledges that this is indefensible morally but it is also indefensible politically. Democrats amplifying right-wing messaging and publicly disavowing their own base is not a good strategy!
