Charlie Kirk woke up every day and made a conscious decision to be the Charlie Kirk we all saw. That’s the meanest thing I can think of to say about pretty much anyone, and it also happens to be completely true.

It looks like a contract position too, so possibly no benefits. I didn't even get PTO when I was a contractor.

In a sane time, that tweet from Rep Fine would result in censure at least. Denigrating a fellow congressperson, although this specifically seems awfully close to libel.

One of the things that sticks out is that Altman and other billionaires still see themselves as taking entrepreneurial risk and innovation rather than sucking all the air out of the room. They and their supporters don't understand your point that their existence prevents those exact things.
