I have freshmen knocking on my door weekly now for books to read.
I teach juniors and seniors and don’t know these freshman. Still happy to loan books, though! 🥳🤘🏼📗

Had a great side bar with a coworker about the situation* and why I’m never more than twenty seconds from quitting public education.
Past half decade has been crisis mode in the wake of COVID. It’s been on terrible disaster after the next, with constant brawling and fights, outbursts; and worse.
