I was aiming to average 4:30 per km but it felt good so I just went with it!

It's amazing they can find all these police officers to police peaceful protests but there's never a police officer available to visit a burglary site or arrest a shoplifter.

People who employ (exploit) illegal immigrants don't care about ID checks. Using an app instead of checking passports or birth certificates won't change that.
The only beneficiary of a digital ID system will be the tech consultancy that will get paid handsomely to develop and run the system.

I'm pretty sure it's metatarsalgia rather than plantar fascitis thankfully. A few days rest and some strengthening exercises and it should be fine🤞

If running a half in 1:59 instead of 2:15 makes you feel better then that's all that matters really.
