Got to put it down to nothing more than poor training. Missed a lot of the training plan particularly the long runs which build the endurance.

Just over a week until Barnstaple Marathon and it's fair to say the training plan has gone to pot over the last three weeks. Original target was a 3 hour marathon but now I think I'll settle with just finishing!
