The age distribution of the papers is always weighted toward younger papers. This year the median age was 4.5 years old. This median age has been remarkably consistent over time.

I had the absolutely surreal experience this weekend of walking a single delta front bedding plane that was 100x500 m wide. It had dunes (migrating up the present slope) with ripples on top of them.

A perfect fall weekend with students and the rocks of Arkansas. So lovely.
