I’m Canadian, my grandparents were French-Canadian and made tourtière every Christmas Eve. I make it here in the South and it pairs so nicely with southern chow chow. Mixing traditions like this is how we keep them alive

One of the many fun things about Atlanta is discovering places like Atlanta Smokehouse tucked into an industrial park, where you can buy fresh smoked fish and they hand out caviar samples like it’s ice cream

They did not fabricate it.
