Sliced into my finger with Stanley – bit flappy and spurty. Went to A&E minor injuries, was there a total of 25 mins and was neatly glued back together by a nurse. Love our old NHS.

Today I mostly have the theme to 80s Sunday night TV drama 'Howard's Way' doing loops in my head. Will my mid-life crisis be some sort of boat?

Good old Evri – 'delivered' one package to THE STREET outside our city centre office (at 8pm)…

…and then left the next one outside a completely different building, but also on a public street (for consistency).

Never change, Evri – you're doing great.

Well worth just under 10 mins of your time to watch – it's a beautiful reminder of why accessibility matters because of its human impact.

During my livestream yesterday, I talked about Figma Sites for a little bit. I've broken it off into a short, stand-alone video.

I don't normally like bashing a company, but when a company of Figma's size makes a product this bad, I think it's important to call them out on it.

Great work from the department of Penis Counting Studies:

“Oxford academic Prof George Garnett counted 93 penises in 2018 – with 88 belonging to horses and another five to men.

But Dr Christopher Monk said he had counted one more on another man”

I chose Sun Ra and it's not a universally popular choice, for some reason.

Recent conversations with non SEO-familiar people can be summarised thus: yes AI searches aren’t reliable, but normal Google is so shitty anyway I’ll take that more convenient risk instead.
