Two weeks into my vegetarian diet (I allowed eggs/milk) and its been:
1. easy to cut out meat for me thanks to a Vegan friend suggesting meals
2. There are a lot of amazing vegetarian foods and recipes i never thought i would try if I hadn't made this change.
I love it!
