If only they had the intellectual capacity to grasp the land-sea breeze cycle and why wind farms, both off shore and on shore, make so much sense.
But I suppose that is never going to happen. To them a Sea Breeze is just a drink.

What I said was that it "looked like" there was something on his neck and above the bridge of his nose.
I stand by that statement.
It did look like that.
In fact, it looks like there might be a little swelling along his eyebrows even now. Plus they have had ~24 hours to reduce the swelling.

The resolution on this newest photo is terrible, but there does seem to be a dark area on the back left side of his neck. No it isn't a shadow. Look at the shadow on his face from the cap. The sun is directly on the back of his neck.

It is strange swelling on his forehead and neck. Maybe some form of Angioedema?????
