There is a significant #gender division among highly skilled immigrants in #Germany. For example, 82% of ICT card holders are male, only 17% female. In the #LinkforSkills project, IMIS & #SFB1604 members Helen Schwenken & Johanna Ullmann research #migration skill corridors and their effects. #iwd
