If you want a kid from a movie, yes. If you want the real deal the problem is RLHF makes LLMs obsequious and this is kind of the polar opposite of how most kids behave. You will not get to enjoy the authentic arguing for 45 minutes about putting a rain coat on when it's pouring outside

I'm actually excited about using AI to navigate red tape. Given the right docs and some APIs I think an LLM would do a much better job than most engineers at navigating our convoluted change process. They love to write Jira tickets

These tools should probably run in their own dev container with temporary creds and ACLs significantly less expansive than the dev's own. The tooling for this isn't quite there yet

... To be honest anyone that just posts too much, crowding out the rest of the feed. There's 2 lanes here, a fast lane for the obsessive stream of consciousness vibe, and then the slow lane where I belong. You kind of have to choose which experience you like because they don't mix well

BTW the interface also matters a lot for LLM reliability. For this prompt Gemini changes my lights one at a time and it inevitably forgets one or two along the way. It would work way better if it could call one endpoint to change *all* the lights, but Google Home does not support that
