Mostly walking but spurts of running. I am currently the most out of shape in my life. I er the last 2 years I have had almost zero motivation to workout or do cardio. So here is to getting kinda fit, up my cardio and lose a little weight.

I knew something was up when my wife posted we can’t shop at Target anymore. It’s one of her favorite stores so I knew it was serious!
So Target got real comfy thinking us millennial moms won’t take our basic girl bits to Costco & Aldi after they cut DEI programs to satisfy the new administration.
