At least this way, her constituents get help and maybe, just maybe, she can salvage something later...as long as people know WHY she had to do this. She asked for help over a week ago. The feds didn't respond. What does that tell you? ³

There's people without power 2 weeks after those storms in an area that gets below freezing every night at this time of year. I lived there for almost 30 years. She has no choice: go there to get the needed funds and get her career fucked or get no money and get her career fucked. ²

Congrats Chris, and thank you for all your years, from the TSR days through all the years at Dungeon to today. Enjoy retirement and playing as just a fan.

I STILL haven't touched the Harrington jersey, and I won't. It's in the far back of the closet.

Still looking for my old hat (we had matching hats, strange 90s ones that were reversible made by ProPlayer). It's around somewhere.⁸

Since then, the Lions have gone 32-8 in the regular season. 2 straight playoff appearances. First playoff wins since 1991. 2 straight 12-win seasons. Their first NFC North title.

Superstitions run deep in players and fans. My jersey is only worn from when I wake up in GameDay until its over. ⁷

He went to Harbor Springs (MI) High School and played for an 8-1 Rams team that only lost to their 9-0 division rival.

Here's the team photo. He's number 63.

This honestly made the decision easy. Get a throwback with his name and number from 1957 on it. It can't hurt, right? ⁶

While all this is going through my head, I remembered the last Lions NFL Championship was 1957. In those days, it was in December, not January or February like now.

My grandfather graduated in 1958. He played high school football in the fall of 1957. ⁵

This guy took me to my first game. Lions vs. Dolphins at the Silverdome in 1991. Barry vs. Marino. Seats right behind the band over the tunnel. I still have the ticket stubs - remember those things? Great game. I was thrilled to get a high-five from Lomas Brown. ⁴

That day, I had enough and decided I needed a new jersey. Superstitions and all. But who to get? Hutch? Goff?

I knew I loved the throwbacks, so that would be it.

Then I thought of my grandfather who passed in 1991. He lived and breathed Lions football. He was doing mock drafts before we were. ³

Back on October 30, 2022, the Lions lost to the Dolphins. I was wearing this Joey Harrington jersey I've owned for years.

I swear it's cursed. If I wore it, they lost, often in really crappy ways (NFL-record FG?). ²

I don't get why these pencil-pushers seem to think they know more than doctors that spent years studying anatomy. ²

I'm sorry, unnecessary care?

The care is needed 99.99% of the time. I know right now the doctor is correct that my broken spine needs to be stabilized. I know the MRI's are necessary to see what has to be done. The MCO seems to think otherwise. Nurses trying to overrule a neurosurgeon. ¹

People will literally die...unless a VERY EXPENSIVE form of training is undertaken by chefs and places that process seafood. That cost will get passed onto the consumer.

EVERY animal feels pain, as do plants, when we harvest them to eat. Do you suggest we just starve? ²

Avoidance. Always the sign of a winner.

Have a good night "OG". SOME of us have jobs in the morning, unlike you.

🤣🤣🤣

Might want to actually READ that. It supports my proof. Biden may have tried to stop some, but it was rejected and another project was started.

Would you like several other verifiable sources?

🤣🤣🤣

Are you familiar with the concept of supply and demand?

Gas prices dropped in 2020 because <GASP> no one was going anywhere regularly. Lock downs. No demand = excess gas = lower prices. By mid-2021, vaccinations has been taken, COVID was weakening, prices went back up.

"Stole office"? 🤣

I have a hundred or so women that will disagree with that...and look at you like you're insane. Too bad none of them will f you.
