No. Okay so you can, if you studiously only use this feed (or lists) opt-out of the "For you" algo. However, 98% of Twitter users mindlessly default to the algorithm, so it still chooses which of YOUR POSTS are seen by others, which is hugely influential on how even the "Following-only" people post.
I am once again asking you to remove this specific critique from your list of many other valid ones. Twitter sucks and should die, but it DOES still include an "all the posts, in chronological order, from only people you follow" feed.
