Gravel bike riding is a fun alternative, costly though since you need a bike. Or the boring cheaper option is elliptical at the gym with an audiobook

Do you use the garmin running power metric or a stryd pod or similar? I get fairly different numbers depending on whether i use garmin power or a running power app. I have been using grade adjusted pace in intervals to calculate training load for trail running. Not sure if it's the best though

Probably 5 years of consistent gradual building. I did get a lot of hours this month from an ultra and a 16 hour trail running mission.

About 9.5 hours per week average over the last 4 weeks. All running, majority on trails.
