I was in Maui for work during the 23 fires and live in Northeast LA for the 25 fires. infuriating bc ppl in HI and CA generally revere nature and believe in doing what they can to mitigate climate change. But will continue to pay the cost. Tired of seeing this play out.

2 people who I respect published a paper, used former teachers for model tuning. Paid 2/3 of the minimum wage in the city where their university is located. Please do not do this. I used a teacher for my dissertation to make knowledge graphs. As student, I paid 40/hr. Plz do better
