Looking at it in more detail, 5.01 is the issue - the date in the first establishment para. And I don't know how we get around that. Next post needs reading too.

It is a mess by the owners, yes, but so far, only negative pieces rather than pieces saying why we should be in the clear. Especially when compared to this.

He presented a view using some subjectivity Warren. No one has presented the facts thus far in that we don't operate in a MC way, Parish has even voted against it, the actual rules as per the picture which Textor doesn't have decisive influence on, or in fact anything positive at all.

Surely The Athletic, being a respected source, should be writing an article in favour of Palace Matt, stating relevant points about Textor's lack of influence, the historical events showing his dissatisfaction, and of course the fact that he hasn't got any of this?
