Former head of Canadian intelligence says he worries more about Elon Musk and Twitter/X being used to destabilize Canada than covert CIA tactics:
Social media disinformation is the biggest threat to Canadian democracy. Robocalls were bad - this is so much worse. Broligarchs are blatantly manipulating public opinion.
