It took me two and a half years to go from 1/4" to this ponytail. I needed a trim and couldn't decide how much. I decided to take the easiest route, and it's back down to a 1/4".

There is a bird of prey feasting in my backyard. Messy eater, feathers everywhere. Other birds in the neighborhood are screeching warnings nonstop. I've never seen one that close in the wild. From a quick search, it looks like a male northern harrier, but those should be way south this time of year.
