There's a pair of swans in a park near me that have been coming out of the water and getting within a few feet of me when I'm trying to look at other birds. It's terrifying tbh
But every time I see someone else near them, they're feeding the swans (usually bread)

So real lmao. I started by borrowing a 300mm lens and dlsr from my school's Journalism department for a story, and now I have my own equipment and am constantly thinking about upgrades.

I've always been very dirt-adverse and bird photography has really encouraged me to swallow that phobia to where I just kneeled in mud today 😬
