This is truly one of the laziest rulings I've ever seen. Is it actually half-true? The report literally says what the Senator said, but PolitiFact ruled it half-true because the report says other things as well, none of which are exclusive with the claim. This organization is worse than useless.

I think it’s always dangerous to picture him as having a plan. He has biases and grievances, not plans. He loves gilded age policies, but not because he has analyzed them and/or appreciates their outcomes. He loves them because he wants to be like the people who enacted them.
