“Look, we tried to fight this, but Trump and the Republicans are psychopaths who will starve Americans for tax cuts, and we just can’t allow that. It’s gonna suck for a while, but vote Dems in the midterms and we’ll fix this.”

- gets passed by the House GOP majority
- does not get vetoed by Trump
