Hey yall, my name is Rogue Raider and these are my interests, Hopefully we can become friends!

Marvel Comics
DC Comics
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
X-Men (huge fan)
Indie comics
Star Wars
Avatar the Last Airbender & The Legend of Korra
Spider-Man (huge fan)
Ever since Xavier went to space, I did not follow up on the Imperial War storyline since I was catching up on From the Ashes X-Men books and since I am now, I will probably start reading them asap since Jonathan Hickman is reviving the cosmic side of Marvel Comics.

I am so excited for X-Men of Apocalypse mainly for Blink & Morph since they are my favorite characters in the run Exiles.

Its been far too long since we have seen these characters since they did not have a huge role in Krakoa or From the Ashes.

The sad thing about Shinobi being revived in Krakoa is that once he learns about the truth about Sebastion Shaws actions , things will get messy quickly.

And I am still not sure what to make of Shinobi apparently meeting with The Hand?

Seems to both father and son have secrets of their own

Marauders #3: I am surprised this issue was solely focused on Sebastian Shaw. Sebastian's actions here are confusing to me.
Ever since the rebirth of Shinobi, Sebastian Shaw is being two faced towards him as he still treats him like a pawn especially mixing with truth and lies

Since Hickman is the architect of Krakoa era, I do wonder how much will he introduce since in this era since already in issue #3 of X-Men (2019) we are already getting brand new villains.

I just hope its not reoccuring thing since it would be awful to not see these stories conclude.

#XMen (2019) #3: I was alittle taken aback with the plot revolving the Savage Lands, however the more I kept reading I liked it quite alot especially with the older ladies. They were clever and honest about today's horticulture experimentation.

Hickman is actually good at humor, lol.

I love this interaction between Emma and Jean in #XMen (2019) #3.

Being a Jean Grey fan has not been easy ever since Emma started dating Scott all the way in the 2000s, but Jean seeing the comics restore Jean's and Scott relationship in the Krakoa has been splendid to see.

The only downside to X-Force (2019) #2 is that Jean needs to showcase more confidence in herself and authority than this “I don’t know if I can do it”.

Also I am hoping we do learn why Jean became Marvel Girl in the Krakoa era.

My opinion on Kid Omega has changed ever since I started reading Jed MacKay's X-Men, but man I totally forgot how annoying and cocky he used to be.

The team up with Wolverine and Kid Omega was so sort funny since they are basically like oil and water, lol.
(X-Force #2)

X-Force (2019) #2: I did not expect this story to be this dark especially with what happend to Domino. The theme in HoXPoX that resonated most for me might be the humans' willingness to become monsters rather than accept mutant ascendancy.
Now I wonder when will Dr. Devo appear again?

I'm not familiar with Xandra or really get the putting her on the throne. However recruiting Deathbird seems a bad idea on many levels.

The only reason why I know of Deathbird is from X-Men 97 and I know this won't end well for The New Mutants.

New Mutants (2019) #2: I am still getting used to the idea of an X-Men team journeying in space, but this was a great solid fun issue.

Loved seeing Izzy and Sam again. I love the way Hickman writes Roberto.

The only downside I had with the first arc with the Avengers (2023) is that the Ashen Combine felt a bit underwhelming considering we learn how powerful they are.

However Jed MacKay made the execution of the story interesting since the Avengers are highlighted in a cool way.

My favorite moments in Avengers #25 is when we see Captain Marvel and Thor power up against the villians Ashen Combine.

Also I did not know Captain Marvel has no limits to her powers similar to Rogue.

The Avengers #6: In theory this storyline shouldn't have worked at all, but Jed MacKay pulled it off since we see the Avengers defeat the Ashen Combine in different ways than we would normally assume.

Also I did not know The Avengers have their own version of the Watchtower.

As I continue reading The Avengers run by Jed Macay it does bum me out that Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers) was not recieved well in her live action debut

She is an interesting character, that its a shame she won't be getting another solo movie or even having a bigger role in the next avengers films

My favorite part in Avengers #5 was learning more about Impossible City. It so sad its a victim of itself. With the Ashen Combine controlling its actions and making it sort of weapon of destruction, this really poses a great problem for Earth.

One thing I love about the Ashen Combine is that these villains are unique and have an overpowered ability you cannot topple by conventional means. The Avengers #5 really raises up the stakes since The Avengers are sort of backed into a corner.

My favorite moment in Sinister's Six #2 is that Felicia Hardy is actually totally down with being a cat lady but just hates everything else, lol.

Now this is a tie-in book. Sinister's Six #2 perfectly upped the stakes for me. As a Havok fan, I was certainly pleased since it showed a strong focus on him and what he is currently dealing with

The action scenes were point, and it sucks to see what happend to Omega Red

The B-Plot of the story regarding Rogue Red was pretty gruesome, her team taken out so easily felt underwhelming as we barely had any time to spend with them before the plot twist occurs at the end of this issue #2

Seriously I do wonder how will all of this conclude properly?

I am still not sure what to feel about Rogue Storm #2. So much is happening within this story that it really feels like something is missing and we as readers have to fill in the blanks with what happened to Storm, the battle against Eegun, and Daniel.

I was not surprised that Tony Stark was seemingly cold in Iron & Frost #2. It perfectly encapsulates his mutation where he is merged with his iron man suit where its shielding his own feelings or heart metamorphically ever since he assumed Emma had died.

Iron & Frost #2:
It was nice to see a bit more in depth on Emma and Tony's relationship even though their marriage was for financial reasons.

The major downside I had with this issue was that Emma did not do as much in this issue since its focusing alot on tony.

This is my favorite panel in Excalibur #3

Its surprising since Betsy has shoulder such a huge role that her brother has always been dealing with and has to face Morgan Le Fay.

& Marcus To’s design of Captain Britain’s armor is on point
