You have to consider the entire testimony and the evidence presented on how they narrowed down 20 voters. It must have been convincing. Convincing enough for Paul to summon six voters to testify, anyway. He could have skipped that part if the evidence were even a little shaky

I was disappointed to see this from Brodkorb. When he discussed the case on an earlier episode of his podcast he had a well detailed nuanced analysis that I appreciated. No evidence of this in his commentary. Perhaps he was going for simplicity and principals - but too many holes to stand on its own
