Another successful #runningpunks Beer Run, this time in Roath!

I ran a 65.5km ultramarathon and at the end I got a medal, a beer, and a 'Most Determined Runner' award. They were all very much appreciated. #VOGUM #runningpunks

Last Saturday, I organised an 11km pub run, which took in eight of my favourite Cardiff drinking holes. Surprisingly, no one fell over or got hit by a car! Turns out the run in-between does sober you up a bit. It was a lot of fun.

Same, I never wear headphones while out with mine. It's the best part of their day and they deserve my attention.
