Surely there's a difference between stress and pressure? Pressure is placed on you (such as needing to finish slides by a particular time). Stress is your own response. People with ADHD need pressure/deadlines or they won't get anything done. Autistic ppl need structure, which pressure often creates

For the past 3 weeks I've become obsessed with batch cooking. Now I do my Sainsburys order online by making a massive list of individual ingredients on paper. It's removed a lot of the weight of "argh what shall we have for dinner?" And I think is working out cheaper too...?
