She's right, but the problem is that a lot of Democrats are just as bigoted as Republicans, especially as it applies to trans people, or they just don't care.

I usually had it in the workplace, typically with respect to observations about my leadership. Not tough enough, not really your thing, you need to push more, and the like.

I always found it funny because, I have been a people leader for about 80% of my career.
