Generally, employers are not required to obtain employee consent to engage in this type of electronic monitoring, but they should provide notice if they are doing so

There is lots of important Canadian research emerging about #nonprofitworkforce issues. One example is the Changemaker Wellbeing Index recently launched by @futureofgood.bsky.social: wellbeingindex.ca. 70% of participating employees reported feeling burnt out/exhausted at least occasionally.
